feat: add call history screen

- Add call history screen with list of incoming/outgoing calls
  - Implement GET /devices/identificator/{id}/call-histories endpoint
  - Add CallHistoryResponseModel with freezed
  - Add Riverpod provider for CallHistoryDatasource
  - Add route, builder, and menu button in device management
