JulianAlcala cbb5ba4e65 refactor(call-history): move to sf_shared and add isBlocked 
Centralize CallHistoryEntity, DTO (renamed to model), datasource, and providers in sf_shared so both call_history and the upcoming blocked_calls screen share the same fetch and cache. Added isBlocked field (default false) on entity and item model.

Renamed *_response_dto to *_response_model to match sf_shared naming convention. Added riverpod_annotation to sf_shared deps.
